Still trying to eliminate stalling and backfires through exhaust at cruising speed. One of my Holley carb books says some model 2300 carbs idle mixture adjustment is opposite than most Holleys....now I'm really confused.....is lean turning in and richen turning out? Is one and a half turns out the place to start? Is there a special procedure to follow when adjusting idle mixture screws on model 2300 carb? Thanks for any advice you can offer.
