C1 Sticky Clutch

I would appreciate any suggestions for fixing a sticky (no return) 1961 clutch pedal. The clutch pedal goes to the floor and stays there, I'm not sure how to adjust the over-center return spring, the clutch fork push rod seems to be set correctly. Any ideas were to start?

Try taking the over the center spring out. Worked on my 62. Check the archives, been several posts about that spring.
