re drivers side non power vent window regulator joe lucia the problem that you describe is a very common one for mid years there is an article in the restorer regarding rebuilding these regulators it is an absolutely excellent article i don't have the volume and issue handy but i believe that i saw it within the last couple of years that means only issues or so to look through if you follow the instructions provided in the article you'll be able to rebuild yours to nearly new condition and functionality
