    59 wiper motor

    Does anyone know how long the ground wire from the wiper motor mounting bracket to the valve cover should be?

    I bought a new ground wire and it seems really long. It looks like it goes from the wiper motor right side to the right side valve cover screw closest to the carburator. Is this correct?

      Connect from the outboard wiper mount screw to the rearmost top valve cover screw, all on passenger side of the car. Too long is a subjective term and I can't comment on that.
