Frank- What year was your friend's expensive plastic car? What is NICB? Doesn't your last statement render most of your discussion moot? I know services like CarFax can't go back beyond '84 or so- whenever the standardized VIN format was put in place, and most state agencies' records don't go back more than 10 years.Comment

Happy to get my 67s "Shipping Order" alone
Hi all
Yes Its a moot point to go to the DMV or NICB thru any means as the info back to original owner is gone for some years of corvette.
I do believe that if I only get my MSO for the $40.00 like on the PMD site which looks like page three of the CORVETTE ORDER COPY form(per Clems 65 sample)
and my guess typed as the end of the production line and a carbon of the
WINDOW STICKER as its created.
YES I would be happy and if info. does go back to 1961 I.d even be happier.
will it match my cars 100% now.I don't think so.
