    C3 Green gauges

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the center gauges with white lettering and the ones with green lettering on the early C3 cars? Was one an option or does it depend on production date? Thanks, Brandon

    Brandon-----

The pale green gauge lettering was used for model years 1968 through 1971. The white lettering was used for 1972 through 1976. From 1977 on different design gauges were used with white lettering.

Brandon it has to do with production date. My 68 and 70 have the green lettering. I don't know when the white lettering began, I guess 1972. I bought a speedometer for my 70 from GM about 1974 and it was white.
