C1 License Plate Year Sticker Brackets

I've mounted California YOM (Year 0f Manufacture) plates on my '58, and thought the DMV was going to provide the small auxiliary brackets for the current month and year tags. Guess the budget crunch is bigger than I thought (despite the YOM fees).
Does anyone know a source for decent looking month and year stickers, or must I make my own?
