    C1 Exhaust Manifolds

    I am assembling parts for my 1959 restoration- a long term project. Were the exhaust manifold casting numbers 965 left and 556 right unique to the Corvette or were those same numbers used on other Chevrolet motors ?

      965's were also used on '58-'64 283 and 327 passenger cars, and 556's were used on '58-'66 283 and 327 passenger cars.
