Harley J Earl corvette

I Have a 1969 corvette vin#194379s700912 it has a plaque just below the radio that reads this car especially built for Harley J Earl it appears to be original base on wear and when I had the center shifter consul off they way it was mount appeared to be like the same way the factory mount all the other stuff. Where can I find help on this matter???

If this is a legit claim, I would expect the car to be loaded to the gills (pun intended) with nearly every availible and "not so" available GM offering.

Mr Earl was not a plain jane kinda guy.....
