    C2 Interior Options Help

Did door panel colors always match the seats in C2 Corvettes? For example; did Blue/White interior always have white seats and white door panels or could the door panel have been blue. Could Black/White interior have Black door panels. Another question is on a '67 C2 was what color was the brake console? Did it match the seats or dash or doors?

    Ralph,

------Door panels always matched in all instances I can think of.
------67 brake console will always match seats as well as door panels. Exact color match may be off a shade or two as pieces may have been painted in different places..........Bill S

      Bill,
Thanks for your reponse. I wonder if their were any exceptions.
I've seen white interior '67's with black brake consoles on ebay who claim to be NCRS flighted. But I've never seen one with black or blue door panels with white seats.
      Any thoughts?

        Ralph,

-----All I can say is that some really obvious stuff, at times, get by well intentioned judges or possibly cars change after judging. No white/black interior 67 Vette should have ever had a black parking-brake console. Now, if you are referring to the shifter consoles, they would indeed have been the contrasting color, either black or br/blue...........Bill S

          Bill,
Interesting thought about judges. I was was refering to the brake console, not the shifter area.

'67 park brake console matches the seats, which match the doors.
