69 seat belt

I am looking for a grommet for the carpet , it is located on the outboard belt on the carpet where the belt exits the retainer . page J134 UPC1 sheet f27 69 assem, man, . The piece is plastic , and is about 6" long , interior color , bright blue perfect but any color , any help
and the second question the inner seat belt sleeve , is the sleeve straight on the back or should the sleeve have the angled portion to the back of the car?

Not sure what you are asking on the sleeve. The part the belt goes thru will be hard to find. Seems like they all got thrown away and at the present nobody is reproducing them. I never could find them for my 69, so I folded the carpet under the metal piece. Looked ok and worked ok, but of course would fail judging.
