62 Windshield Washer

I'm looking for suggestions on how to troubleshoot / fix my windshield washer system.
I have 15" hg at the washer bottle , the water lines and nozzles are clear, and the washer switch holds and breaks vacuum as it should, however there is no water flow. All components, which are original, were rebuilt prior to my purchase.

prime the system--a syringe works well to force H2O from resivior clear out to nozzels. if the washers fail to function after you've primed the system, then get with tom or jay maxwell, the wiper/washer guys who ad in driveline. good luck, mike

Thanks Mike.
None of the normal trouble shooting has worked. I got the unit from Tom Maxwell and he said to send it back and he'll check it out.
