C-2 TRAILING ARM & MASTER CYLINDER

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 64 TRAILING ARMS AND 65 UP ARMS?
HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY 64 P/B MASTER CYLINDER?

Both power and non-power brake '64's used master cyl casting #5464264. The power brake part had a bleeder fitting, the non-power did not.

      Gary

I just had a 64 and a 65-trailing arm side by side and there are two differences.

      1. The 65 arm has the small park break cable bracket on the forward inside of the arm.

      2. The 65 also has a large suspension stop platform welded on the arm above the bearing housing.

The second addition trailing arms (65 on up) will mechanically work on the 64 however a judge could probably see the difference from across the parking lot.
