C1 front suspension finishes

Confused again! Need help with the finishes of a 58 front end. Noland, TM and Joe Tripoli's book seem to differ. What are the finishes for: Third arm ass'ly, Tie rod ends and tubes, Stabilizer bar and mounting brackets, Pitman arm, and drag link. Also do the rear leaf springs get painted black AFTER the liners are in or are the liners left natural. Is it ok to paint the flat part of the leaves or will it interfere with the new liners? My list has the Third Arm, Tie Rod Ends, Pitman Arm, Drag Link and Rear spring bands & liners all unpainted. The rear springs may or may not be painted black and the top leaf silver. Stabilizer bar is painted.
