    C2 1967 Battery

    Did any 1967 Corvette have tar top batteries. I was told today that some early Corvette had them. This does not seem logical to me. Noland Adams states the change from tar top to molded case was mid 1966 model. Could this person still be correct.

      The '67 JG shows only the hard plastic-cased R59 battery, and that's the standard against which the car will be judged.
