John, THAT'S the car I had a ride in with Gar Williams. We were going back to work from a luncheon at the Executive Inn and Gar asked if I wanted to ride back to work with him. I did not know what he was driving, but I said sure anyway. Well when we left the Executive Inn driveway he turned right, not the way back to the office, we went out to the new M53 Utica bypass. That was one of the most outstanding rides in a vehicle I ever had. I looked over once and saw 210 MPH's with the engine screaming about 2inches from my head----WOW!

That one might also have been the transverse mid-engine V-12 Lamborghini Miura SV we bought for Zora's evaluation during the mid-engine Corvette development program. That's the car Zora was driving to work one morning and got the "speeding ticket of the century" from the Warren Police, who locked him up for it. Remember the morning Alex Mair had to go across Van Dyke to the Warren City Jail and bail him out? Ahhh, the "good old days"
