Patching small holes in inner fenders...

I would like to fill in some small 1/8" to 1/4" holes in the inner fenders and firewall of my C1 (and C2) that previous owners had drilled. I also want to install a missing clip (supports wire harness) in the trunk. It looks like it was attached with a bloob of gloop at one time. Any suggestions as to what to use? Thanks. Pat G.

Bloob of gloop was thickened resin which is similar to evercoat resin gel, available at walmat by the qt. comes with hardener(MEK) follow directions. also will fill small owner precipitated holes in your inner skirts. mike

Hi Mike, Chuck Sangerhausen gave your name to me that you might know where I can get the correct freeze plus for my 67 427 engine. I purchased some steel ones from Long Island Corvette Supply but they are only 1/4 inch deep and the originals are 1/2 inch deep. I am looking for ones that are 1/2 inch deep that do not have anything embossed in them as the originals are. I don't really care if they are steel or brass. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Don.
