If you're out there, can you answer a fast one for me?

Recently, you mentioned specific GM solid lifters for my L/71 restoration.
I recently found these ( GM 5231585 ). Will these work for my application?

GM #5231585 are edge-orifice lifters used for mechanical lifter small blocks. They were never used for big blocks and I would not recommend them for big blocks unless you use roller rockers. They will fit a big block, though, with no problem, at all.
