Can one tell the difference of an original vs reproduction 61 cigarette lighter when installed? If so, what's the difference?

An Original lighter will have a different colored ceramic ring on the lighter itself. The old ones have a white ceramic ring and the repros have a brown bakelight one. You can see the ring when you take the lighter out and pull back on it.My original also has casco 12v on the chrome ring.
