Folks,

Got an email from Franz Estereicher and the P/N for each of the ears SHOULD BE on each ear - GM 3821849 on the left and GM 3821850 on the right - the font character size is .25 inch

preceeding the GM3821849/50, in yellow stamp ink like the GM etc, is what appears be the front wall of a two car garage with windows in the garage doors. both of my never installed, original to 20301, ears have the "yellow garage" BTW rick, snow melted enough allowing me entry in the garage housing the O6. regards, mike ps: Agree the font size is 1/4"

I would like to see a picture of the yellow markings on the back of the elephant ears. My car was raced to death and my ears have been replaced. This would permit me to stencil the ears so they would closer to original. Now if they would give all racers a pass on having the original engine, not that anyone has an original engine, my car could be accepted.

Was hoping you guys wouldn't ask . i have the digital camera, can take the picture but i'll be damned if i can send it out over the net as i'm still comp-illiterate. when the daughter visits next time, i'll try to get her to show me how to do it. better yet, i can bring the ears to the charolette, new jersy or wimdsor of carlise events this year. let me know. mike

that's my problem - I am going to Charlotte to have the Z06 judged! (VBG) That is if Tony's Corvette has "LADY" done by then! I have registered for the event and have promised Jimmy Gree/Bob Jones I will be there, but also told them I may have to fold if Tony doesn't have the car done.

May have to drive out to the Farm - how do I get there once I get out Hancock way? I will come out 70 from Baltimore.

Depends what you mean by "accepted."

With a non-original engine, you can't get a Bloomington Gold, but you can Top Flight or even Duntov.
