    Master Cylinder '70-'72

    Question 1: As far as I can see, the '70-'72 TIM/JG does not discuss date stamping of the master cylinder, except for late '72. I think I have read that some were stamped, some were not. For judging, am I O.K. to use a non-dated unit?

    Question 2: I bought a power brake unit, casting #5460346 w/PG stamp on front flat, two bleeders. It has a very small "1267" stamped virtually under the "PG". Is this the 267th day of 1971 or the 126th day of 1967?

    As usual, THANKS.

    Charlie----

    1) I don't know what the judging requirements are as far as date-code master cylinders are concerned;

    2) It decodes to the 267th day of 1971
