C1 starter bolts

I have 3 starter bolts, 2 are the same lenght. Where does the long bolt go?
Also, what holds the starter bracket(screw or bolt) and are their specific head markings?

The long bolt comes in from the the trans side . Starter bracket (bolt to engine)same as pan bolt.

Only the powerglide cars had starter bracket--3 and 4-speeds did not use one in 61-62 era.
