If you stall ( fload out on left turns)you need this info. The Borg&Warner is the only carb set I would ever buy . It's the best and gives you this little repair kit. Even you two carbs guys need it.I wrote about this years ago , but people to day may not know. SOOO go get one!

Thanks Roy-- I thought it was the carburator design but I did not know there was a fix. When going to meets shows etc. I tried going to only those shows just off of Interstate 75 so I could go in a straight line. Could you advise where I might get one of those repair kits with the bushing. Thanks

some carb rebuild kits have the tubing and model shops sell brass tubing but you will need to check the size of the hole in the carb body

I can get them at three part houses here in a small town I live in
( ordered ). You should be able also. If you need one have then order it.
( GET TWO KITS ) some day they will be gone. Did you read the post on the fuel pump I did. Get it too.

The choke WCFB on my 2X4"s had the tube pushed completely into the passage inside the air horn. This closed off the choke air passage, the carb could not suck hot air from the exhaust manifold. If your choke tube doesn't seem to get HOT after several minutes of driving look into the air horn choke passage. I pulled the tube out with a sheet metal screw. Regards,

Can someone tell me what WFCB means? Is it an acronym, or just a part number for a carburetor? Thanks

WFCB is a typo. WCFB, according to "Carter Carburetors" by Dave Emanuel, on page 6 says it stands for "Will Carter Four Barrel." Will Carter was the founder of the company in the early 1900's. Regards,

Actually it's WCFB. It means Wrought Cast Four Barrel.

I'll stick with Wrought Cast as the A in AFB represents Aluminum Four Barrel.
