Will I have an issue if I load my front suspension and universal joints with synthetic grease?

Will the synthetic grease properly co-mingle with the greases loaded into them from the manufacturers?

If the base of the greases is the same, I don't think that there will be any problem. Most conventional chassis greases are lithium based, but some are aluminum or other things. In a chassis fitting situation (like ball joints, tie rod ends, other steering parts, etc.), the application is a decidely low speed application. So, grease incompatibility shouldn't be much of a problem, anyway.

Notwithstanding the above, I wouldn't use the synthetic grease for the sort of chassis applications that you're contemplating. It's not necessary and I can't see any benefit, other than convenience if you have only one "loaded" grease gun. I recommend and use only GM #12377985. I keep one grease gun loaded with it for all chassis applications. This is a high quality, lithium-based conventional chassis lubricant.

Yes, that's the only one that I use for u-joints, too.
