The new oil pressure line I installed is not working. I tried blowing compressed air through it, but can't feel anything on the other end, nor is there any oil in the tube at all. I can't remember from whom I purchased it, since it has been so long. Has anyone purchased a coiled, steel line recently from a supplier that has worked properly for them?

Re: '67 BB OIL PRESSURE LINE
Remove the oil pressure line and take a good look at each end. if there is a blockage at the ends, you ought to be able to see it and remedy it. if the line, extremely small od as noted earlier, is kinked, ya gotta get another. there's nothing special about the line other than being coiled to take up the excess length . you can buy a piece of the steel tubing from the local NAPA etc supplier and use the repo you have as a template to coil the excess.luck is what you also are in need of. regards, mike- Top

Rob, I just finished the restoration of my 65 coupe and have had my share of things gone wrong but I do believe your luck has been worse than mine. But don't get to distraught, when it is done and on the road, there will be a big smile on your face- Top
