Thanks. I agree that the caution is warranted. I will check the connection and make sure that it is correct. Am I correct in my view that the vacuum actuator (behind the tac) should only be energized when the wiper switch is turned on? If this is the case could my wiper switch be bad causing power to be sent to the actuator at all times? Could this defective(?) switch also cause my constant power problem at the WW actuator switch?
