What screws are used to attach the shoulder belt buckle pocket to the bulkhead behind the seats?

Paul: did your 67 have the metal reinforcement plate with captive nut on each rear wheel well tub to mount the shoulder harness. what's vin (just a range) if it did or didn't have the plates. Mike

I went digging under the carpet last summer to see if those plates were installed at the factory. And indeed they were (see pic). The VIN is 10,5XX, around February 1967.

I just did this job on my 67' There was a plastic cap inside the nut to keep water out of the interior. It came out easy but the nuts were badly corroded so I ran a tap through them and then allen screw went right in. Good luck!! Mike Arteaga
