Reasom I didn't think it was a REAL Grand Sport is that GS#4 when it was at the Concours d'Elegance at Amelia Island in March of this year it was sporting the Number 3, and this was just fresh out of restoratin=on. In fact the restoration can be viewed on a web wage whose address I fail to remember!

FYI - I have a ****load of digital pix of the GS's at Amelia Island and I bought a DVD from Eckler's about the entire event.

I believe it was Larry Bowman (California) - same guy that bought Kevin MacKay's Corvette race car collection three years ago.

Gotcha. He had the whole bunch of race cars lined up at Laguna Seca for the Monterey Historics last year, remember?
