FYI All-

A recent post seemed to imply the 67 L88 car at the recent Bloomington auction may have been lacking documentation. I believe that car does have quite a bit more documentation than just the tank sticker. I am sure there are far too many made up cars out there, but the car in question is probably not one of them.

Gary,

While there (Bloomington) I spoke with another NCRS member and discussions board participant who knew the teacher who owned it until 88. Apparently he did NOT know what it was during the vast majority of the time he owned it. I believe that the Vette magazine article a few years back also suggested that it was not the most documented one out there. There also was no documentation otherwise shown with the car at Bloomington. Thus, my understanding that it had only the tank sticker.

Anyone else know more about the car?
