69 fan shroud extension

Can any one direct me to a source to locate the correct fan shroud extension for #3956119 gm bb fan shroud I looked in the ass man and i believe the ext # is 3956089 i wrote the info down in a manner and i may have the 2 reversed

the other question is the bolts or fasteners used on the extension , but i do need the extension first

Jim Shermershiem has the extension, and they are a good reproduction.

Terry, I believe that he probably advertises in the DRIVELINE. Shermershiem's Corvettes. I have been out of the restoration business for about 5 years now and do not have any of my contact's phone numbers. He is located in Indiana, maybe you could do a search at 411.com and find his number
