Doesn't seem fair for those who don't have computers. Information was posted but nothing was said about calling in registration information. I was planning on going down to the regional to have car preliminary Flight judged for upcoming National and Duntov. Was interested in attending dinner and a few other activities that were to be available. Now, will probably just blow it off and attend Wildwood meet.

It doesn't seem fair for another reason as well. This is a technical discussion board NOT an 'annoucements' board. This is hardly the first place people would logically look for information like this. It may in fact have been posted elsewhere like the club's own website, in a future or upcoming Driveline etc. But if not - you have a point Zachary.
In addition to a separate forum for "buy/sell/trade" within the BBS heirarchy - I think another forum like "activities" would be well advised as well. Check out other online communities and sites and you'll find such logical splits in forums are commonplace.Comment

It is unfortunate that everyone interested was not given an equal opportunity to attend the dinner. I hope there was a lesson learned, regardless if it was/was not posted here last week!
