Geez guys, just about the time I think I'm at the

leading edge of technology here on this board..(I can do grinning smiley faces now ya know ), I see a snazzy picture of a carburator incorporated into one the posts..(nice work Hinkley)

Let be be the first to admit I don't know how to do this, but want to learn!

I appologize if this has already been disclosed. I do remember following a long winded thread last week on this topic, but it was over my head and seemed to belabor the point so I lost intrest.

    Walla, now this is possible?

I would have thought the administration would have posted instructions on how to use this new feature. I they have, I haven't found it.

I'll tell you how I do it, but there are several ways. I assume you have a photo that is parked somewhere with an Internet address (http:/). Open up a new post here or a reply on this thread. Then using your cursor downsize the window so it only takes up half the screen. Go down to Optional Image URL and delete the http:/ in the box, since that's already in your own picture URL.

Now, open up the site where your picture is stored, Village Photos or whatever. Find the picture title that you want to post and click on it so it pops up full size. You should now have two windows on your screen.

Right click on your picture and you will get "properties". Find the http address on this properties window and highlight it with your cursor. While it is highlighted, left click and hold on the address and drag it over to the NCRS box to the optional image URL, and that same address should show up in the box. Then preview the message and you should see the picture. That's about as simple as I can make it, it take some practice though. Maybe some one else can add to this. Good Luck PT

Ok...I'm gonna copy these instructions and paste them to my hard drive future reference.

I need to check into the internet hosting scene for the http:\ address stuff.

Thanks for the help and BTW, that funny car pic is a nice one.
