The 3869942 is the block casting number which appears to be correct for the TO62IIP, which is Tonowanda engine build plant, June 21, and the IP is the suffix for the 425 HP engine, L72 option. The 6125474 is the VIN derivative for the car the engine originally was installed in. Nice engine...
