backfire rick snow i recently installed the pertronix ignitor in my distributor and the car seems to run very well however i don't know if it's related but i am getting an intermittant backfire on start up but onlly after the car has been run for awhile sometimes it's on the passenger side and sometimes it's on the drivers side side pipes can anyone help me to understand why this is happening thanks rick
