I have the original fan clutch for my 65 Fuelie, how can I tell if the fan clutch is bad or not? Thanks in Advance Floyd

As Roger states, start the engine & warm it up to normal operating temperature. Then, with the engine at idle, shut the engine down & observe the fan. The fan should stop within 3 revolutions of the engine stopping.
Failing usually will freewheel for many revolutions. There will be no 'middle ground' so to speak. It will either windmill like crazy or will stop within 3 turns.
