    C1 Body transisition 58 to 59

The 58 AIM depicts the rear bumper brackets as the "L-Shaped" bracket which you find on the 59 through 60 models. From all information that I have gathered from folks, it appears that all the 58's should have the "railroad" style brackets. The fiberglass trunk area on the 58 body had the upper flat floor area cutouts for access to these bulky "railroad" bumper brackets also. Just wondering during the production transistion if any very, very early 59's (like seq #1 through #100) had the rear trunk area upper cutouts and/or a "railroad" style bracket? Or, do any very, very late 58's (seq # 9000 to end) have a rear trunk area with no upper cutout and/or "L-Shaped" brackets?

My '58 is fairly late (#8496) and has the older style railroad brackets.
