Can anyone provide the application of a 3903352 block with a stamp pad TI25I5KL?

I cannot find any reference to the "KL".

KL 1967 327/275 HP 4 barrel,TH,pass car. bob did you have a business of doing alky carbs for motorcycle engines for mico sprints? i bought carbs for a bob lemke.

No, must have been the other Bob Lemke for the motorcycle carbs. I need four wheels to get around not two.
