C3 Ralley Wheel Caps by MCKECHNIE

I came across a new looking Ralley center cap (metallic with GM logo) in which a tiny decal by MCKECHNIE was affixed on the inside.
Totally metallic as proven with a magnet.
It looks IDENTICAL to my original GM ones.
Is this an OEM producer of these caps as a repro version,or are they the OEM supplier for GM these days?
I searched their website and they have a US automotive division.
Their home base looks like the U.K.
    Anybody heard of them?

They must be the current GM supplier of the rally caps if the ones you've seen have "Chevrolet Motor Division" on them. These caps are still available from GM and, consequently, are not eligible for inclusion in the GM Restoration Parts Program. I'm quite sure that GM would not allow the words "Chevrolet Motor Division" to be put on any part except those sold by GM or licensed through the GMRPP. Even if they were approved for inclusion in the GMRPP after discontinuation by GM, the chances are that the original manufacturer would still be the one producing them for the GMRPP licensee.

The replacement, aftermarket rally wheel caps that I've seen for sale don't have the "Chevrolet Motor Division" on them, but otherwise look very similar to the originals. That's because the rest of the cap they can copy. The "Chevrolet Motor Division", they cannot legally emboss on the piece.

McKechnie is a long-time (and current) major OEM supplier of both wheels and wheel covers; it's not a "household name" except to wheel engineers. They just maintain a low profile, make good products, and stay in business (which is an accomplishment in itself these days for an automotive supplier).
