'61 Numbers ??

I've been trying to find out the history of my car for it's first 10 or so years and have gotten stuck. So I've also been going through and researching what has been replaced and when (as well as what to replace next).

I've also been trying to figure out what model of car the replaced parts came out of (I don't have a 'chevy by the numbers' book - which for my car is probably more appropriate than my corvette by the numbers book)

Right now I just use this car as a daily driver. My key factors are safety first, dependability, but I would also like to have to car look as correct or original as possible.

While I can't offer much help on the numbers challenge your facing, I can offer some assistance with your web posting. I might point out with today's issues regarding "rights of privacy", your listings of names of individuals, without their knowing it, can pose a problem. Of course, this would only be an issue if they wanted to make it one. However, with what we're going through at work regarding these recent changes in privacy laws, you might want to consider using first initials and last names. Not that I think they would ever come after you for infringement, just being cautious...With all the changes going on today with these laws, I can only comment that "it ain't like it used to be"....Good Luck!
