    C1 inner door paint

I am restoring a 1959 Roman Red car with red interior, white top, and white side coves. Because the car was painted before, I am unsure about what the INSIDE of the doors should look like (w/o the panels on of course). Are they painted all Red or is there any blackout type painting at the top and/or edges?

Also, there is a partial green crayon number on the passenger door. What is the sigificance of this and is it sequential in any way?

Thank you for your help! John

There also is blackout painting at the very top--on the inside edge--so as one looks at the window stops, etc, they see black rther than body color.
