    63 Frosted Center Wheel covers

    Can someone tell me if under the frosted section is chrome plated? If you remove the frosting, what type of finish is under the frosting? Thanks ...Len

          Len,

          You can strip the "frosted" paint with a good grade of paint stripper. Then they will buff out just like the rest of the cap.
