    1960 Undercarriage

    Some one had told me that the undercarriage of my 1960 should have come out of the factory all clear. My undercarriage is black(not the axils or springs). I was under the impression that my car has never been touched. Is this true? Thank you.

      What do you mean, "all clear"?

          All 1960 frames were painted with black asphalt-based paint by A.O.Smith.
