    67 C2 L79 Heat Shields

    Can any one offer me guidance on the installation of exhaust heat shields ? Should they face in toward the transmission tunnel or in another direction ? Also, is there an exact location along the system that they should go ?

      they are positioned between the header pipe and the floor pan . place them so that they shield the fiberglass closest to the header pipe. believe the AIM illustrates their position. good luck, mike
