I recently rebuilt the 3815 Holley on my 1967 427-390 car and ever since the rebuild, it has been virtually impossible to start unless I pour a little gas into the carb. Got a new fuel pump on it too. It just doesn't seem to be getting that initial "squirt" from the accelerator pump. In fact, there is NO fuel being delivered by the accelerator pump. I've rebuilt several Holley 4 bbl carbs over the years, so I thought I was pretty familiar with them, but I've never experienced this problem. (yep, it does have gas in the tank, already been down that road too). I've had the carb off the engine several times, replaced the accelerator pump, all to no avail. I'm all ears for your suggestions. As always, thanks in advance for your help.
