    FRANKFORD PLATING

Has anyone dealt with Frandford Plating? I wanted to know how their work is and how are they to deal with. Thanks, Joe DeLuca #37862

    Yes, many times...

I work with a shop which has sent Frankford (of Philadelphia) pieces for many years. Excellent work, only "complaint" is pieces come back better than new. However, you get what you pay for. Bring money.

I haven't used Frankfort but hav judged their finished product and agree the quality is usually better than original. I use Pauls Chrome platine in Mars, Pa(north west of pittsburg pa). have used pauls for 25 years and out of 3000 plus parts, have only returned two for replating due to poor plating(57 tailites that or notoruosly difficult to replate near the lense area) Paul redid them at no additional cost. Honest, quick and excellent Quality like Frankfort. mike

I have been very pleased with Rick Applegate of Areba Services in Jackson Tenn. EXCELLENT work at a more than fair price. Our reciently departed friend, Dale Pearman sopke so highly of them I tried them and will use no other.

Work is great, however, leave yourself plenty of lead time. Turn around will be measured in months.

                Joe,

I currently have 75% of my stainless/chrome out to Frankford Plating. They were highly recommended to me. My order is currently 10 weeks behind schedule. I have called several times and when I can get them on the phone, they say my work is almost done.
