C2 Horn question

I recently picked up some new horns for my C2. I tested them by connecting them directly to the battery. Only one worked. Can I do anything to the non working horn to get it to work??

If by "new" you mean used horns, but new to you, then I suppose you're in a situation where a horn rebuild is about the only way to get the non-working horn functioning again.

While kits are available to rebuild these horns, effectively rebuilding them is another matter. Horn rebuilding is both an ART as well as a SCIENCE. So, if you don't have the necessary "artistic tendencies", the rebuild might not turn out.

Contact Ron Goralski @ 410-987-1948. He restores horns. I bought horns for my 63 from him at Carlisle. He does nice work.

Thanks. I called Ron Goralski, nice man, he gave me a few things to try. If they don't work I'll try a rebuild or check out eBay.
