    69 Headlight Problem

My 69's headlights have been working fine. Tonight I went out and the lights came on but would not go up. I checked all the hoses to see if there was a loose connection but I could not find one. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to start looking/

Headlight switch vacumm switch may be disconected and or relay valve is bad, leave car running and pull the control hose from the valve, (small one on diaphram), turn lights on and then go suck on the hose, lights should open. David

Will the HL buckets rise if you use the manual over ride vac switch beneath the steering col?
