I have a reproduction headliner, styrene backed vinyl and it has failed. The previous owner bought this one now I am looking for a better design. My door covers have a nice backing, does anyone make a better headliner? Your suggestions are always welcome.

If you are looking for a better design and are not concerned with judging points, you could do what I did. I bought a yard (I think) of black headliner foam backed material (about $5) and some 3M FoamFast spray adhesive ($11.29). I took the old headliner vinyl and old glue/foam off. The facing on the headliner material looks great with a narrow shadow pin stripe effect. It was also available in grey.
The 3M FoamFast is designed not to heat release from the sun especially formulated to adher to foam.Dick
