Does anyone know where I can get the correct (4) spare tire upper tub mounting bolts with integral washers? Is there a headmark id on them?

Paragon reproduces these bolts or, at least, reproduces one of the bolts that was used. Who knows how many different headmarkings may have been used on these bolts?
The Paragon bolt does not, I believe, come with an integral washer. No problem, you just add a washer and, once assembled, no one will ever know the difference. Bolts/screws with integral washers were an assembly aid only; they have no other functional significance.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

I believe the bolts that you are looking for are Paragon P/N 729K-4. Their latest catalog states that they have an "LG" headmark and come with flat washers. Price is $8.00 for 4 pieces.
For infomation, I just checked the ones on my '65. They do not have any headstamp and the flat washers are not captivated. They are however, an indented hex head bolt.
