    Is this the correct wording for the 67 master cylinder cap with power brakes
    " USE DELCO BRAKE FLUID SERVICE WITH DELCO PARTS SAE J1703" ?

      It's correct for a service replacement cover and/or a fresh reproduction.... Emboss wording used on original covers from this era was "Use DELCO Brake Fluid" on one dome and "Service with DELCO Parts" on the other dome and cover had no inter-dome pressure relief tunnel.
